About Me
Welcome. I am Heather, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I was born and raised in the US and live in Toronto, Canada. My transition to coaching comes after a 20+ year career in the banking and hedge fund industry as a senior leader at a global bank.
I regained my health after a 10-year struggle with fatigue that slowly developed into sleep disorders, chronic pain, brain fog, and autoimmune symptoms. It is my mission and passion to help those struggling with fatigue, stress, and other health problems to take control of their health and lead a vibrant, active and balanced life.
About My Clients
People come to me when they feel stuck and are tired of trying to figure out their health issues on their own. They may feel lost in the medical system and that people around them don’t understand the depth of their fatigue and symptoms. They may have been told that they are healthy and “will be fine”, and feel like they have been living on “the line of fine” for many years.

About The Work
Your health is a complex interaction of your genes, environment, lifestyle, experiences, and stressors. Fatigue issues often require an integrative approach to treatment. Our work can incorporate your physician’s or clinician’s plan of care. Together, we work to lay out a map of your health holistically (mind, body and spirit) and the modifiable lifestyle factors that influence the root cause of your health issues.
I coach in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, emotional resilience, life visioning, overall preventative health and health risk management. I listen to your goals and help you create a personalized and sustainable plan. My coaching approach will give you resources, tools, and strategies for understanding your health holistically and how to postively influence it. By capitalizing on your knowledge and strengths, you will take actionable steps that lead to sustainable outcomes in your health and wellbeing.

I have been there….I was assured I was healthy for many years despite complaining of insomnia and persistent fatigue. Later, I lived with the fears and challenges of finding the holistic treatment I wanted, and then battled through the complexities of implementing a doctors plan of care. I know what it’s like to feel uncertain, stuck and not know where to turn for support.
Five important takeways I learned from my health journey:
- You are unique and need a holistic, bio-individual approach to treatment. Become the NUMBER ONE EXPERT on YOUR HEALTH. Learn from and formulate your strategies and goals using diverse resources and understanding different perspectives.
- You can influence your health holistically through combinations of western and herbal medicine, nutrition, movement, and modifiable lifestyle factors. Your body has an incredible ability to heal itself if given half the chance and the right inputs.
- If you do not have time to prioritize yourself, find a supportive friend or other resources to help you take actionable steps. You must put on your oxygen mask first before you can help anyone else.
- If one approach doesn’t work, keep asking questions and testing solutions. You are one step closer to finding something that does work.
- A diagnosis is not your destiny. Don’t resign to the fact that you must maintain the status quo and “manage symptoms” forever.
